Breakfast Fundraiser
Williamson County Homeless Alliance (WCHA) is planning its yearly Fundraising Breakfast. This will takeplace Monday, March 4, 2024, to help further the mission of WCHA.
Williamson County Homeless Alliance’s (WCHA) mission is to develop and maintain a permanent transitional sanctuary that meets the needs of people experiencing homelessness in Franklin/Williamson County Tennessee by partnering with local government, non-profits, businesses, individuals, and churches.
As a member of this community, you understand the need to help people struggling with housing issues,food, job resources, and more. We are inviting you to come hear what WCHA is doing and learn how you can beinvolved in helping with creative solutions.
We are humbly requesting a sponsorship to help offset the cost of the event. As a sponsor, you will help us maximize the amount raised to help people struggling with homelessness. The revenue will go to the programs of WCHA which include:
Emergency shelter; a safe place to stay with love, a meal, a shower, and a bed for those experiencing homelessness during extreme weather.
Supportive services; for people who reach out and ask for help beyond a place to sleep. A case worker is assigned to best address those needs.
Transitional housing; a “dormitory/pod” style shelter or shelter at a partnering group home. Transitional housing is based on gender and family dynamics.
Permanent housing; for some people, this includes more supportive housing, or subsidized rental assistance.
The Fundraising Breakfast will take place Monday, March 4, 2024, at 7:30 am at Christ Community Church, 1215Hillsboro Rd, Franklin, TN 37069. The breakfast is free and is limited to 220 registered individuals. Registration is done through mail and the internet.
